In this 90-minute introductory session, I introduce your team to the Science of Flourishing. We move past surface-level wellness advice to explore established psychological frameworks like the HERO model (Hope, Efficacy, Resilience, and Optimism). Participants will walk away with a toolkit of evidence-based mental habits designed to protect their focus and restore a sense of personal agency, even in high-pressure environments.

Tier 2: The Deep Dive Intensive

This intensive workshop is designed for teams ready to look more deeply at the psychological foundations of their daily work life. Moving beyond individual habits, we explore how Self-Determination Theory (SDT)—the science of human motivation—functions within your specific team environment.

Using my background in research and clinical psychology, I facilitate a collaborative "Work-Life Reflection." We identify the systemic friction points that drain motivation and replace them with science-backed protocols for autonomy, competence, and connection. This is an active, workbook-based session where every participant acts as a "co-researcher" into their own professional well-being, leaving with a concrete plan for the next 30 days.

Tier 3: The Sustained Flourishing Partnership

True psychological shift doesn't happen in a single afternoon. This 90-day partnership is designed for organizations committed to moving beyond "wellness initiatives" toward a evidence-based culture of flourishing.

 

As your Scientist-in-Residence, I partner with your team over three months to ensure that the principles of Mindset, HERO, and Self-Determination Theory become part of your daily "operating system."

We move through three distinct phases: The Audit (Discovery), The Intervention (The Deep-Dive), and The Integration (Sustainability).
